1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," "you") and mdplay.cam ("mdplay," "we," "us," "our"), governing your access to and use of the mdplay online gaming platform, including all services, features, content, and applications offered through the website located at mdplay.cam (the "Platform").

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, depositing funds, or participating in any gaming activity offered by mdplay, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. • You must be a resident of the Philippines or physically located within Philippine territory at the time of account registration and during all gaming activity.

• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register, whether maintained by mdplay, PAGCOR, or any other gaming regulatory authority.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable Philippine law.

2.2 Account Registration Process

When registering an account with mdplay, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. Required information includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number. You must not impersonate any person or entity, misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity, or use a false identity.

Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) account with mdplay. The creation or use of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. mdplay reserves the right to close duplicate accounts, void all bets placed through such accounts, and confiscate any winnings obtained through the use of multiple accounts.

2.3 Account Verification

mdplay is required to verify the identity of all Users in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations, PAGCOR guidelines, and responsible gaming requirements. You agree to provide such documentation as we may reasonably request to verify your identity, age, and residence, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and payment method verification.

We reserve the right to suspend account access or withhold withdrawals pending completion of satisfactory identity verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3. Account Security and Confidentiality

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party or allow any other person to access your account. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you shall be held responsible for all such activity.

You agree to immediately notify mdplay of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. mdplay shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials or from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your own actions or omissions.

mdplay implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect User data and account information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

Users may deposit funds into their mdplay account using payment methods supported by the Platform, including GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfers from Philippine banks (BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, and others), cryptocurrency (USDT), and other methods as may be made available from time to time. All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits as specified on the Platform.

Deposits must be made from payment sources held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. mdplay reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that we reasonably believe violates this provision or any applicable law or regulation.

Deposited funds are intended for gaming purposes only. mdplay is not a financial institution and accounts are not interest-bearing. You may not use the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.

4.2 Withdrawals

Users may request withdrawal of available account balances at any time, subject to completion of identity verification requirements and compliance with these Terms. Withdrawals will be processed using the same payment method used for deposits unless circumstances make this impractical, in which case alternative arrangements may be made at mdplay's discretion.

All withdrawals are subject to verification and security checks. mdplay reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request that raises security concerns, appears to violate these Terms, or may involve fraudulent activity. Processing times vary by payment method but typically range from instant to five (5) business days.

Minimum withdrawal amounts and maximum daily withdrawal limits apply as specified on the Platform. Withdrawal fees may apply depending on the payment method selected. Users are responsible for any fees charged by their payment provider.

4.3 Bonus Funds and Wagering Requirements

Promotional bonuses, free bets, and other promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. Bonus terms will be clearly communicated at the time of each promotion and must be satisfied before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.

mdplay reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, irregular betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms, or collusion with other Users.

5. Gaming Rules and Conduct

5.1 General Gaming Principles

All games offered on the mdplay Platform utilize certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer equipment audited by independent testing agencies. Game outcomes are determined randomly and fairly in accordance with the published rules for each game. mdplay does not and cannot influence game outcomes.

You agree to participate in gaming activities in a fair and sportsmanlike manner. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Collusion with other players to gain unfair advantage
• Use of automated betting systems, bots, or software designed to manipulate game outcomes
• Exploitation of software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities
• Fraudulent activity, including chargebacks, use of stolen payment methods, or identity fraud
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward other Users or mdplay staff
• Match-fixing, syndicate betting, or other sports betting integrity violations

5.2 Game Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical issue that affects game outcomes, all affected bets and game rounds shall be void and refunded. mdplay's liability in such circumstances is limited to the refund of affected wagers. No additional compensation shall be payable.

You agree to immediately report any suspected game errors, malfunctions, or display irregularities to mdplay customer support. Attempting to exploit known errors or malfunctions constitutes fraud and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

5.3 Sports Betting Specific Rules

Sports betting markets are subject to specific rules regarding settlement timing, void events, result corrections, and dead heat scenarios as published in our Sports Betting Rules document. You are responsible for familiarizing yourself with these rules before placing sports wagers.

mdplay reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious error (including manifestly incorrect odds), technical errors, or suspected fraudulent or illegal activity. Settlement decisions made by mdplay are final and binding unless demonstrable error can be shown.

6. Responsible Gaming

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality available on the mdplay Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, software, and the compilation thereof (collectively, "Content"), are the exclusive property of mdplay or its content suppliers and are protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any Content from the Platform except as expressly permitted by these Terms.

The mdplay name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of mdplay or its affiliates. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.

8. Prohibited Activities

In addition to the gaming-specific prohibitions set forth above, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Violating any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Transmitting any material that is defamatory, obscene, offensive, or otherwise objectionable
• Impersonating mdplay staff, other Users, or any other person or entity
• Interfering with or disrupting the Platform or servers or networks connected to the Platform
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform, other User accounts, or computer systems or networks
• Using the Platform to advertise or promote other gaming sites or commercial activities
• Collecting or harvesting personal information about other Users
• Using any automated system to access the Platform, including robots, spiders, or offline readers

9. Account Suspension and Closure

mdplay reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account, refuse service, and confiscate funds in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or incomplete information during registration or verification
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct
• Use of the Platform for purposes other than personal entertainment
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Abusive behavior toward mdplay staff or other Users
• Request for self-exclusion or concern about problem gambling behavior

Upon account closure, your license to use the Platform immediately terminates. Any remaining balance in your account at the time of closure may be forfeited if the closure results from fraudulent activity or material breach of these Terms. In other cases, remaining balances will be refunded following completion of any necessary verification and security checks.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mdplay, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Technical failures, including server downtime, connection issues, or software errors

mdplay's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you have deposited into your mdplay account during the six (6) months preceding the claim.

11. Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute regarding game outcomes, account activity, or interpretation of these Terms, you agree to first contact mdplay customer support to attempt informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate the matter through our formal complaints procedure as described on the Platform.

Any complaints or disputes that cannot be resolved through mdplay's internal processes may be referred to PAGCOR or other appropriate regulatory authorities in accordance with applicable gaming regulations.

12. Miscellaneous Provisions

12.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

12.2 Waiver

No waiver by mdplay of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition. Any failure by mdplay to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

12.3 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account to any third party without mdplay's prior written consent. mdplay may assign or transfer these Terms or any rights or obligations hereunder without restriction.

12.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and mdplay regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements, whether written or oral.
